As a Realtor or Builder, if you could get your buyer easily qualified and able to buy much more home than they thought they could without a mortgage payment ever would that make you a hero? Of course it would! Not to mention the many additional sales you would close. There is FHA purchase money for buyers age 62 and over that does just that. I can demonstrate sales increases of 25-30%. Those who are aware of it and use it have a huge advantage when working with that client niche. I’ll be happy to present this in a lunch and learn for your organization.
