Last week I stated emphatically that crunch time was here regarding the looming Financial Assessment from HUD. Well I doubt that a jury of my peers would convict me of crying wolf. The urgency was real and well founded! Until HUD cried wolf and postponed the implementation of the new rules. The wolf slowed his charge and retreated for a little while. That’s my defense and I am still issuing a warning! Get the latest here.
